1. Shipping

Over 95% of our orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, Transit time will usually be 7 to 12 business days, but there are variances which may go up to 3 weeks.

Shipping Costs:

All our shipping costs are calculated automatically. The prices depend on the different rates of the shipping companies like UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, etc. e Global will send the delivery to the destination the customer gave to us. Before you check out, you will see the shipping costs.

Tracking Number:

We can offer the tracking number as soon as the shipping company provides us.

All orders must be prepaid include shipping.

We are not responsible for wrong addresses.

If you haven’t receive the order in 2 months after we give you tracking number, please contact with the service member in our web, if past the 2 months, we are very sorry we can’t check the order information for you.

2.Tax and Duty

Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country. However, based on our experience, it seldom happens to small lot orders like ours. Do find out the local regulations and the maximum value of import for duty exemption. We would appreciate your understanding that we cannot be responsible for any tax or duty charged by your government on the purchase. 3.Returns and Refunds

When you make a purchase with us, regardless of value, you can return the product(s) within 30 days from the date we first shipped your order for refund or replacement.

Whether the product is defective, seems defective, or that you change your mind and simply do not like it, you are welcome to send it back to us and we will issue you a FULL REFUND once we have received the product in question. Alternatively, you can choose a replacement of the same product or product of the same value. If you find item was lost or damaged, please don’t sign in and appeal to your local Express Corporation as soon as possible, then inform us by E-mail within 3 days, we will contact our local Express Corporation and try our best to resolve this problem. We are not responsible for service failures and losses caused by force majeure. However, the original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances. And we are not responsible for returned products lost in post.

Warranty will be voided if retuned products are abused, mishandled, modified, misused, physically or inflicted damaged by users. We reserve the right to charge a repair fee of %40 of the invoice amount if the warranty expired or is voided.
